Bollywood Zinger – Chickpeas in a tangy sauce of tamarind and caramelized onions. Vegan, spicy.
Red Rocks – Light and spicy dish of red lentils and cherry tomatoes seasoned with coriander. Vegan, spicy.
Kokodal – Green lentils boiled in coconut milk and finished off with fried potatoes and lemon zest. Vegan, mild.
Chili Amore – Bean chili with chocolate, red wine, coffee & walnuts. Vegan, a little spicy.
Hummus – Puree of chickpeas and tahini. Vegan, mild.
